Legends of Weston 2012
Our second charity concert in memory of Weston woman Shelly Page.
On Saturday 10th March, The Grand Pier will host its second charity concert in memory of Weston woman Shelly Page.
This year’s concert will feature some of Weston’s top talent both old and new on the same stage. One of Weston’s most famous bands Racey will headline the concert playing there famous chart hits ‘Lay your Love on Me’ & ‘Some Girls’ which reached No 2 in British charts. With a total worldwide record sales of approx 5 million covering the U.K. Europe, Scandinavia, Australia & New Zealand.
‘Lay your Love on Me’ and ‘Some Girls’ were both awarded Gold discs. Emerging talents Ryan Inglis and Alex Lipinski will be both playing some of their songs for your enjoyment.
We hope to raise even more money for this fantastic local charity. Doors open at 6.30
Please note – online ticket sales are now CLOSED. You can still buy in person from the Grand Pier in advance and tickets will be available on the gate.
