The bright red Go Kart track is the biggest ride on the Pier at nearly 300 metres long and five metres wide. It runs over two levels and is a thrilling experience. If you’re a budding Jensen Button, testing your driving skills over a few laps of the track is an absolute must..
The Go Kart track is available for exclusive hire for birthday parties and corporate events. There is even a Go Kart School. Children aged from eight to 15 can sign up for the school which will take them through beginner, intermediate and advanced driver training.
The Go Kart track is the only electronic floor pick-up in the UK.
Karting School
Karting lessons can be booked on either Saturday or Sundays from 9.30 am to 11.00am. Each child is issued with their own driving licence which charts their progression through the school.
Grand Prix’s
A regular Grand Prix is run, where drivers qualify, run in at least two heats and then take part in a final race to find the overall winner.
