The Grand Pier offers several versatile and innovative rooms suitable for presentations, product launches, meetings, team-building exercises, exhibitions and balls for between 2 and 1,000 delegates.

Once your meeting has finished, the fun starts and your guests can enjoy all that the Grand Pier has to offer.  Our dedicated events team means that we can have our eyes on every detail, to create the most unforgettable experience for visitors.

Day Delegate Rate - £22.50 plus VAT per delegate*

Corporate Open Day


Regency Suite

Our Regency Suite is a beautiful room situated on the second floor with panoramic views of the bay and has its own balcony in which to enjoy them from. The Regency Suite also has its own facilities such as cloak room and toilets.

The room is very dynamic and can be subdivided into smaller sections if necessary; meaning we can accommodate numbers from 30 to 230. Two 60” wall mounted plasmas provide an easy viewing screen for presentations or slideshows, and additional screens can be added.

Room hire only - £300 per day

North Tower Room

A beautiful room with stunning floor to ceiling views of Weston’s shoreline, set on the third floor of the pier. This ideal facility can accommodate up to 20 boardroom style and 30 theatre style. Fully air conditioned with free Wi-Fi access, 42” plasma screen and laptop for presentations, the North Tower comes fully equipped with all your conferencing needs.

The Tower also offers a private syndicate room located on its mezzanine level, which can seat up to 12 boardroom delegates.

Coral Room

The Coral Room is situated in the heart of the main pavilion, on the first floor. This makes access to our rides and attractions exceptionally easy and provides a great room as a base for team building activities.

The Coral Room can be set up to hold a maximum of 40 delegates, and again has stunning views across Brean Downs and boasts a private balcony.

Team Building Activities:


Our fantastic fast paced track is the perfect place to introduce a little friendly competition between colleagues. A number of options are available to suit all pockets and we are confident we can find the perfect package for you. Why not try our fantastic Grand Prix? Including practice laps, qualifying and a fast paced race this is a great way to introduce skills and see the competitive side to your team.

Full safety briefing, race suits and helmets are also included.

Rides and Attractions

The Grand Pier has a variety of exciting rides and attractions that provide an excellent playground for corporate events, creating a fun atmosphere and a brilliant opportunity for colleagues to bond. Test each other’s skills in our Laser Maze, seek thrills from our Robocoaster or get competitive with a race on the two-tier go-kart track.

Our ride vouchers can be offered at a discounted rate to you and are pre-loaded with credits for each team member to use on a number of our 14 rides.

F1 Simulators

The only two side by side simulators in Europe. These fantastic simulators are the very same that Formula One drivers use to train, and provide an ideal way of combining skill and competition to a group activity.

Corporate Challenge

This is a fantastic and fun way to motivate your team and encourage them to work together. You must split your team into groups (maximum of 10 per team) and appoint a team leader. The team leader must then guide their group around three of our rides; the Laser Maze, Go Karts and the F1 Simulators. The challenge is simple; work together in your allocated team and do the best you can to achieve the quickest time! All times will be recorded by our attendant and added up at the end of the activity. The winning team, as well as the individual ride winners are then revealed.

Adult Go-Kart Packages

Le Mans - £15 per person
Package includes a safety briefing, driver tuition, a ten-minute practice session followed by a ten-minute ‘fastest lap’ competition.

Daytona - £25 per person
Package includes a safety briefing, driver tuition, two ten-minute practice sessions, a ten-minute ‘fastest lap’ competition and a five-lap Grand Final.

Grand Prix - £35 per person
Package includes a safety briefing, driver tuition, one five-minute practice session, a minimum of two qualifying heats of five laps, two five-lap semi-finals and a ten-lap Grand Final.

Our Head Chef has designed a wide choice of delicious menus for events held in any of our meeting or function rooms. Whether it’s a formal awards banquet, celebration or an informal buffet, we constantly strive to exceed expectations, serving delicious locally sourced, freshly prepared food.
