Is this a ticketed event?

For our May Half term activities, once you have paid the £2 admission fee to The Grand Pier, you can play our ‘Did  You Know? Quiz Sheet (win a prize once completed!), meet Dani the Donkey and enjoy Face Painting for free!

What time does The Grand Pier open throughout May Half Term?

From Saturday 24th May  to Sunday 1st June, The Grand Pier will open daily from 10am, with rides starting at 11am.

What time does The Grand Pier close throughout May Half Term?

Our closing time varies day to day based on weather conditions and pier attendance. On average, we close around 5pm.

How does the ‘Did You Know?’ Quiz Sheet work?

A staff member will hand you a Quiz Sheet so you can get exploring when you arrive! Try and find all of the answers to the questions, using the Did You Know? info boards dotted around The Grand Pier. Then simply present your finished sheet to the team at the Gift Shop located on the 1st floor in exchange for a sweet treat!

What do the children receive as their FREE Quiz Sheet Gift?

It’s a surprise! However, we can hint that children will receive something sweet to eat!
