Venue Rooms

Regency Suite

The Regency Suite is a beautiful room situated on the top floor of the pier, with stunning panoramic views of the bay and a large balcony provides a great outside seating area for delegates to enjoy during breaks.

Floor to ceiling windows ensure that the room is light and airy and full of natural day light. The Regency Suite is a versatile space that can be subdivided into smaller sections if necessary; meaning we can accommodate numbers from 20 to 200. Groups sizes of up to 325 can be accommodated theatre style. Two 60" wall mounted plasma screens provide easy viewing for presentations, and our onsite IT support will be on hand all day to ensure that you can deliver your event without a hitch. Staging and additional AV equipment is available upon request. Other facilities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private entrance and lift to the top floor, bar, cloakroom and amenities.

North Tower Room

An intimate semi-circular room with stunning elevated views of Weston's shoreline, set on the top level of the pier. This facility is the perfect location for smaller groups sizes of 5 – 16 delegates. Larger numbers of 25 can be accommodated theatre style.

Fully air conditioned with complimentary Wi-Fi access and a 42" plasma screen for presentations, the North Tower comes fully equipped with all your conferencing needs. The North Tower also offers a private syndicate room located on its mezzanine level, which can seat up to 8 boardroom style or 15 theatre style.

This room is provided complimentary within our Day Delegate Package.

Coral Room

The Coral Room is situated in the heart of the main pavilion, on the first floor. This makes access to our rides and attractions exceptionally easy and provides a great room as a base for team building activities.

The Coral Room can accommodate a maximum of 40 delegates cabaret style or 30 theatre style, and is equipped with a 42" wall mounted plasma screen for your ease. A private balcony offers stunning views across Brean Downs; the perfect place to unwind during a coffee break.

Team Building Activities

Corporate Challenge

This is a fantastic and fun way to motivate your team and encourage them to work together. You must split your team into groups (maximum of 10 per team) and appoint a team leader. The team leader must then guide their group around three of our rides; the Laser Maze, Go Karts and the F1 Simulators. The challenge is simple; work together in your allocated team and do the best you can to achieve the quickest time! All times will be recorded by our attendant and added up at the end of the activity. The winning team, as well as the individual ride winners are then revealed.

Rides & Attractions

The Grand Pier has a variety of exciting rides and attractions that provide an excellent playground for corporate events, creating a fun atmosphere and a brilliant opportunity for colleagues to bond. Test each other's skills in our Laser Maze, seek thrills from our Robocoaster or get competitive with a race on the two-tier go-kart track. Our ride vouchers can be offered at a discounted rate to you and are pre loaded with credits for each team member to use on a number of our 14 rides.

Rides & Attractions

F1 Simulators

The only two side by side simulators in Europe. These fantastic simulators are the very same that Formula One drivers use to train, and provide an ideal way of combining skill and competition to a group activity. There is a teaching mode, where the simulator puts a car just ahead of the driver, showing them the lines from the previous lap, so the same mistakes are not made again. The simulators take two passengers each and have a sports car and rally sprint mode.
