As an essential companion/carer, you will be given free entry onto The Grand Pier when with your paying individual.
A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit.
We do not have any wheelchairs on site.

The first carer will receive free entry to assist with your needs. The second carer will be joining you as a standard paying customer.

Yes. Sensory packs can be hired from our Gift Shop on the first floor of The Grand Pier for a £5 refundable deposit, which will be refunded when the pack is returned.
We also have a quiet room for guests who may need a calm, private space during their visit. Please ask a member of staff if you would like access, and they will be happy to assist you.
