I am looking for parking nearby – where would you recommend?
- Sovereign Shopping Centre (Salisbury Terrace, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1AH) – This car park will be open until 2am on The Grand Pier Christmas party nights
- Seafront Parking (Marine Parade, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1BE) – Free any time after 6.30pm
- Carlton Street Car Park (12 Carlton St, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1UA) – 24 Hour parking available here.
I have a dietary requirement, should I let you know in advance?
Yes, it’s important to let us know about any dietary requirements in advance. Our events team will send an email closer to the event date to request any specific dietary needs you or your guests may have. Please ensure you respond to this email to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
How many people are assigned to a table?
Typically, we assign 10 people to each table. However, if needed, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people per table (subject to availability). If you have a specific seating arrangement request or a larger group, please let our events team know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our Christmas parties is simply “dress to impress!” This includes cocktail dresses, suits, and other stylish clothing. That said, if you wish to dress up in festive or fancy dress, we welcome and encourage it! Feel free to get creative and add some fun to your outfit.
Can I add a drinks package later on?
Yes, you can add a drinks package at a later date. If you decide to enhance your experience with a drinks package after your initial booking, simply get in touch with our events team. They will be happy to assist you with adding the package to your booking.
Can I add extra people to the party later on?
Yes, you can add extra guests to your party after your initial booking providing we have space available. Please contact our events team as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. Once you have made your deposit, it secures your booking and is not refundable under any circumstances.
When is my final balance due?
The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Our events team will send you a polite reminder as the due date approaches. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking and avoid any last-minute complications.
