There are opportunities to meet The Wicked Witch from October 26th all the way until November 3rd at various timeslots that you will be able to choose when booking.
Meeting The Wicked Witch is suitable for children aged 18 months to 10 years, but it really is fun for all!
Tickets to meet The Wicked Witch will cost £7.95 this includes entry for one child and accompanying adult. Platinum tickets cost £10.95 which include a souvenir photo or a ride on our Ghost Train.
Yes,there is a charge of £3.50 per additional adult if you wish to bring your partner or a family member.
We recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment, availability is not guaranteed and tickets are very limited.
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket, you can either print your ticket or show it on your mobile phone at the entrance to the experience.
We regret that we are unable to refund unwanted tickets. If the event cannot go ahead, then guests will be refunded. If you are unwell then we will try to accommodate you another time, subject to availability.

The Wicked Witch is located on the first floor of Grand Pier next to the Retail Shop.
There is full disability access throughout using the lift to the first floor.
