What does the ticket include?
Each ticket includes entry for one dog and as many adults as you need to the Grinch Paws Grotto, a meet-and-greet with The Grinch, and a festive toy for your dog to take home and a delicious puppuccino

Can I bring more than one dog?
Yes, additional dogs are welcome, but each must have their own ticket. Please make sure all dogs are well-behaved and on a lead at all times.

Can more than 1 adults attend per dog?
You are more than welcome to bring as many adults as you need to attend the visit.

Will there be professional photography?
While this isn’t a professional photography setup, a photo will be taken of your dog with The Grinch during the visit. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase a printed copy on the day if you wish.

How long is each visit?
Each visit is a private session lasts approximately 5 minutes, depending on how sociable your pup is!

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Walk-ups will only be accommodated if space allows.

Can I bring other pets?
This event is designed specifically for dogs. Other pets are not permitted in the Grotto.

Is the event indoors?
Yes, the Grinch Paws Grotto is indoors, located on the top floor by our adventure cove café!
