With this card, you and your family will receive free entry to The Grand Pier and up to 10% discount on retail, ride wristbands/credits, food and drinks all year round, plus exclusive promotions and discounts.
Your My Grand Pier card is completely free to sign up too! Each household can have one card, which covers up to 6 family members.
*Free entry does not apply to ticketed events & excludes alcohol. 10% off ride wristbands can only be redeemed at our retail shop on the first floor.
Getting your card couldn’t be easier – to sign up, simply use the register button below or pop along to The Grand Pier gift shop on the first floor. Only one application is needed per household. *Please note: My Grand Pier Cards are collection only. We do not send cards out in the post.
Make sure to bring photo ID (passport/driving license) and proof of residence at an eligible postcode (as listed above). Proof of residence must be shown through ONE of the following:
- Council tax bill (preferred)
- Latest utility bill showing your address (gas, electricity, water, telephone, television licence)
- Bank/mobile phone statement.

Once you have registered for your card you can collect it right away from a My Grand Pier Card Collection Point. One is located before the turnstiles (open daily from 12pm depending on weather) and the other collection point is in the Gift Shop located on the first floor of the Pier. Please remember to bring proof address when you collect your card.

- The My Grand Pier Card is exclusively available to residents living in households within the following postcode areas: BS21, BS22, BS23, BS24, BS25, BS26, BS27, BS28, BS29, BS48, BS49, TA5, TA6, TA7, TA8, or TA9
- Applications may be made online or in person. The My Grand Pier Card must be collected in person by at least one member of the household applying, who must provide valid photo ID and proof of address. It is not necessary for every member of the household to be present.
- A person may not apply for or collect a My Grand Pier Card on behalf of another household.
- Proof of residence must be presented at the time of application in paper or digital format as well as Photo ID (passport/driving licence). This may be any current document from the following list, that clearly shows your home address: council tax bill (preferred proof of residence), latest utility bill (gas, electricity, water, telephone, or television licence), bank/mobile phone statement. No other documents will be accepted.
- The My Grand Pier Card is valid continuously until withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Grand Pier. Any address, email or phone number changes must be given to the Grand Pier as soon as possible.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+) when using the My Grand Pier Card.
- Only one My Grand Pier Card may be issued per household. The card may be used for up to six members of the registered household per visit.
- The My Grand Pier Card may only be used by members of the household to which it is registered. It must not be sold, lent or given to anyone outside that household. The Grand Pier reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a My Grand Pier Card if we reasonably believe that it has been misused, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any associated discounts, offers or benefits will then no longer be available.
- My Grand Pier Card holders are entitled to free entry to the Grand Pier during normal opening hours on presentation of a valid physical My Grand Pier Card. Cardholders are also entitled to 10% off food, drink, retail purchases, ride wristbands and Golf. Discounts are available in person only and cannot be applied to online purchases. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. The My Grand Pier Card must be presented before payment, and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Additional discounts or offers may occasionally be available to My Grand Pier Card holders. These will be subject to their own terms and conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time
- Photocopies or photos of My Grand Pier Cards are not accepted.
- Opening and closing times, admission prices and events are subject to change without prior notice. For technical/operational reasons entire attractions or facilities within The Grand Pier may be unavailable, closed or removed at any time without prior notice.
- Should the Grand Pier reach maximum visitor capacity, we are unable to give priority to My Grand Pier Card holders.
- If a valid My Grand Pier Card is not presented on arrival, standard admission charges will apply. Any food, drink, retail purchases or ride wristbands purchased during that visit will be charged at the standard price. My Grand Pier Card discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Replacement of a lost or damaged card will be charged £5 for a new card. Photo ID and proof of address will be required to obtain a replacement card.
- My Grand Pier Cards may entitle the holder to further discounts and offers. These will be communicated to cardholders during the course of the year. These offers can be withdrawn or changed at any time, without prior notice.
- Events, concerts and extra activities at The Grand Pier may require cardholders to pay entrance fees.
- The My Grand Pier Card remains the property of The Grand Pier. We reserve the right to refuse entry or withdraw card privileges where this is necessary for safety, security, suspected misuse of the card or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Grand Pier reserves the right withdraw or to make changes to the My Grand Pier Card scheme at any time. Any other adjustments to the My Grand Pier Card is at the sole and absolute discretion of The Grand Pier Ltd.
- Your personal details are held on the My Grand Pier Card database and will be used in accordance with The Grand Pier privacy policy available at grandpier.co.uk/privacy-policy
