What does the ticket include?
Each ticket includes entry for one dog and two adults to the Santa Paws Grotto, a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, and a festive toy for your dog to take home and a delicious puppuccino
Can I bring more than one dog?
Yes, additional dogs are welcome, but each must have their own ticket – if your experience any issues adding a ticket for a dog, contact retail@grandpier.co.uk. Please make sure all dogs are well-behaved and on a lead at all times.
Can more than two adults attend per dog?
Two adults are included per dog ticket. Additional adults are welcome and will be charged at £5 Per person.
Will there be professional photography?
While this isn’t a professional photography setup, a photo will be taken of your dog with Santa during the visit. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase a printed copy on the day if you wish.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Walk-ups will only be accommodated if space allows.
Can I bring other pets?
This event is designed specifically for dogs. Other pets are not permitted in the Grotto.
Is the event indoors?
Yes, the Santa Paws Grotto is indoors, located on the top floor by our adventure cove café!
