The Grand Pier’s Grinch Returns to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children for Some Festive Fun!

On the 26th of November, The Grand Pier team once again brought the magic of Christmas to young patients at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children for a second consecutive year.

The mischievous Mr. Grinch stepped away from the Pier’s Grotto to make a special visit to multiple wards, spreading lots of cheer to children spending their festive season in the hospital.

Joined by ‘elves’ from The Grand Pier, the Grinch spent quality time with each child, creating memorable moments that will be treasured by both the young patients and their families.

To make the occasion even more special, The Grand Pier donated 170 gifts to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children – a gift for every one of the hospital’s 170 beds. The selection of gifts, including cuddly toys and toy cars, was thoughtfully chosen by The Grand Pier team for children of all ages.

The gift giving initiative was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Axentis Michael Charitable Trust, an organisation dedicated to creating positive change in the local community.

Now back at The Grand Pier, the Grinch will continue his Grinch Grotto Takeover throughout December 2024. If you haven’t secured your chance to visit the Grinch this year, don’t worry—he’ll return again next year!
